FAQ's. Are the pieces in the pictures the actual ones that we buy? Yes. Apart from the baubles, the crunch range and made to order sets of glasses, all the other pieces are photographs of the actual piece, that we take in the workshop. Do you giftwrap No I am afraid we don't. All the pieces come wrapped in black tissue paper and bubble wrap. They are then boxed. We put a leaflet with piece with all our details etc Do you do gift tokens Yes. You can buy a gift token for any amount from £10.00 upwards. We can send these to an address of your choice or straight to you. Who actually makes it? All the glass is blown at Shakspeare Glass by Will and his assistants. From concept to production, it’s all Will’s work. Is he really called Will? Actually his name is Richard but he’s been called Will for so long now he’s stuck with it! Only his mother still calls him Richard, particularly when he’s been naughty....... Can I order through the website? Yes, lots of people do. The website tries to represent the pieces as accurately as possible so you can be confident of ordering from home. What happens if I don’t like what I’ve ordered? Let us know within 48 hours and return the piece within 14 days. We’ll refund the full price (but not the postage). And broken? Again, let us know within 48 hours and send it back within 14 days and we’ll send you a replacement asap. This however happens very rarely, we have been sending glass all over the country for many years. Do you take special orders? Very happy to. So if you want to give something really unique (or just want to treat yourself!) please let us know and we’ll suggest some ideas. Can I try glassblowing? Sure.
